About Teresa Taylor-Bolds

Teresa Taylor has been in the Real Estate industry for over 30 years. Teresa has owned and operated a brokerage company, built an REO division, ran a mortgage finance company, and developed a large portfolio of Real Estate Investors. Her career has focused on residential, residential commercial, mortgage loans, REOs, redevelopment, and affordable housing. Teresa also spent five years with a non-profit organization and HUD to help our inner cities recover from the foreclosure crisis by buying abandoned homes and rebuilding and restoring neighborhoods.

 

Teresa's specialty is helping clients with Real Estate Problems (foreclosure, Trust, Probates, etc.) along with helping her clients build Real Estate Wealth while serving the community. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and golfing.
